If you have any of the following scenarios, and your record is not going through, ask us about our secondary verification system:
- Your license is Expired
- You have a new license, but are sending information from an old license
- You have ordered a new license, but have not received it
- Your audit number does not match your *CURRENT license
- You have Failure to Pay or Appear for tickets
- You have "Reinstatement Fees" assessed on your license.
Our secondary verification system allows us to do verification over the phone to bypass the above situations.
