The State of Texas requires us to collect the last 4 digits of your social to submit to them to verify you are indeed the person requesting your driving record.

Your audit number is a 11 to 20 digit number most often found towards the bottom of your driver license. In some instances it can be found vertically next to your picture.

This is the number one error when ordering your driving record. We request you pleaes re-enter it straight off your driver license to be sure you enter it correctly. Entering an incorrect audit number WILL delay your order.

The CCV code is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card. For American Express this could be a 4 digit code
